We offer a modern apartment for short- to long-term rentals at reasonable prices. It is located only few minutes from the city centre - 5 minutes by car, 10 minutes with a bus, 15 minutes by foot. It is fully furnished to the standards of a luxury hotel and sleeps 2-3 persons. The apartment has 40 square meters and features a living room with a comfortable sofa and a fully eqipped kitchen, bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with toilet as well as a balcony. Near of the apartment is the shopping centre AuPark and Exhibition centre Incheba.

Maid service:

Final cleaning is included in the price, maid service twice a week for extra costs 100EUR/month.

Terms and conditions:

We do require a 10% deposit to hold your reservation. Reservations less than 250EUR needs 20% downpayment of total charge. For reservations less than 100EUR we do not require to pay a deposit. Payment for the reservation should be made via bank transfer. The rest of the rent is in cash on your arrival day.

On arrival you will also be asked for a deposit agains damage made during your stay or loss of the key. It will be in cash and will be returned in full if you leave the apartement undamaged. The deposit is 100% of the value of your reservation.

2-3nights-34 EUR/person/night

4and more nights-29 EUR/person/night

A long-term rental (1month and more)650EUR.
